Learn about New York’s most extensive electric-efficiency retrofit: One Court Square. This energy upgrade made the skyscraper more efficient, resilient and sustainable and qualified for additional energy-efficiency incentives from Con Edison. Schedule of sessions is as follows:

Hour 1: Navigating Energy Incentives

Speakers will address financial incentives and resources available for energy upgrades and answer questions to help designers, developers, building operators and managers understand how best to take advantage of new technologies and incentives.

Hour 2: Energy Upgrades at One Court Square

Continue the conversation with a deep dive into New York’s most extensive electric-efficiency retrofit. This upgrade reduced the building’s electric consumption by 20 percent and allowed the building owner to come out ahead financially in less than a year.

Prior to joining Savanna, Mr. Rosenthal founded JDR Associates in 2005 after 20 years in the real estate industry. His project experience includes commercial high-rise construction, hotel construction, interior fit-outs, institutional, industrial, residential and public works projects.
