The ESCR elevates East River Park by 8-10 feet while embedding advanced resiliency infrastructure directly into the landscape. The project is topped off with state-of-the-art athletic facilities, climate-resilient parklands, and pedestrian bridges that reconnect neighborhoods to a fortified waterfront—proving that urban flood protection and vibrant public space can coexist.
