NYC Accelerator
The New York City Accelerator launched their new website! Their updated resources and exciting interactive tools offer free emissions calculations, information about your building’s energy use, potential scope options and guidance on incentives and programs to help buildings comply with Local Law 97.

C-PACE milestone
Counterpointe SRE’s closed the first-ever C-PACE funding for a co-op building in NYC. The landmarked co-op building on the Upper West Side will use C-PACE funding for a heat pump installation project. This is a milestone for the company and will support the building’s transition to an electric heating system. You can also read about it in Habitat Magazine!
