The building sector is moving toward electrification as required by New York housing agencies and Local Law 154. Join us on April 9 for an invite-only convening that will focus on the critical operations and maintenance considerations that keep costs down in electric multi-family buildings. This private event will bring together building operators, owners, designers and other key stakeholders to discuss their experiences on topics ranging from operational costs, commissioning and handoff, preventative maintenance, and occupant engagement.

Supported by the NYC Department of Housing & Preservation (HPD), this convening will inform HPD strategy and serve as an information-gathering tool for an Urban Green Council report on electric building operations and maintenance.

The convening is invite-only and invitations are non-transferable. Please contact programs@urbangreencouncil.org for accessibility requests.
