Zhenlan “Lanzy” Xue
Senior Engineering Specialist, Con Edison

Zhenlan “Lanzy” Xue is a senior engineering specialist with 8 years in the energy efficiency and demand management field. She supports engineering reviews of energy efficiency projects, develops analytical tools such as the Building Automation System (BAS) calculator, and ensures compliance with relevant codes, standards, and industry best practices. Lanzy holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Stephanie King
Deputy Program Manager, Con Edison

Stephanie King is a Deputy Program Manager for Con Edison’s Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program team. Prior to this role, she served as a Clean Energy Senior Specialist on the Evaluations team, where she supported strategic assessments of energy initiatives. Before joining Con Edison, Stephanie held prior roles at the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO), where she supported market design and stakeholder engagement. Stephanie holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University.

Andrew Kringas
Trade Ally Manager, Con Edison

Andrew Kringas is a Trade Ally Manager with Con Edison’s Clean Energy Networks team. His work focuses on managing the participating contractor network for Customer Clean Energy Programs. Before joining Con Edison, Andrew worked as the Service Provider Manager in the NYC Accelerator Program and as a Contractor Manager for Willdan Energy Solutions, managing participating contractors in the Con Edison Small-Medium Business Program. He holds a B.A in Environmental Studies from Fairfield University and an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
