What is this training about?
In GPRO Getting Started with Green Building, you’ll explore the wide array of different career paths across building design, construction, operations and more. Whether you are just beginning your career or looking to pivot to a new career in green building, you’ll walk away with a new understanding of the field and how to assess which pathway may be right for you.

- Recognize the key systems and stakeholders that contribute to a high performance building.
- Understand the wide variety of jobs and skills that are needed for green building.
- Consider what career pathway you might pursue in the green building field.

This training is ideal for anyone entering the workforce and interested in exploring careers in the green building industry, including:
- New workers or workers looking to pivot careers
- Students from Career Technical Schools
- Individuals participating in workforce development programs
- Students interested in entering the building or construction industry
How does this training work?
This class session will be held virtually over Zoom, by a highly knowledgeable instructor with industry experience.
Registration includes access to a course ebook, flashcards, practice exam, and the official GPRO exam. Students who pass the exam with an 80% or higher become a GPRO Certificate Holder.
