GPRO Operations & Maintenance Essentials (O&M) provides building professionals with strategies to reduce energy use while improving tenant comfort and health. Participants leave with at least three immediately actionable measures and the next steps needed to achieve them.

This three-day online course is ideal for property managers and building staff in both residential and high-rise commercial buildings, including: building superintendents, operators, facility and property managers, operating engineers and stationary engineers.

Schedule

This training will be held virtually over Zoom.

Day 1: Wednesday January 25, 9:00am-1:00pm ET
Day 2: Thursday, January 26, 9:00am-1:00pm ET
Day 3: Friday, January 27, 9:00am-1:00pm ET

What students learn

NEW: Registration includes access to 3 on-demand bonus classes for a deeper dive into cutting edge O&M topics like Local Law 97, green procurement, waste management, energy audits, and financing energy upgrades.

Registration also includes a course e-book and an online exam. Students who pass the exam with an 80% or higher become a GPRO Certificate Holder.

We understand that your plans may change and are happy to refund your registration fee within 90 days of purchase. Requests for session changes and/or refunds must be received at least a week in advance of the course date. Memberships and donations are nonrefundable.​

Instructor

Chas Anders Hall

Mr. Hall has over forty-five years of experience in the management and delivery of energy independence and efficiency optimization. Mr. Hall maintains leadership roles in two energy service companies and teaches the entire suite of Urban Green Council’s GPRO courses. Mr. Hall was the CEO of a major SDVOSB energy service company (ESCO) serving both the Federal and C/I markets (Trifecta Industries) providing agency-wide sustainability programs. He was formerly the COO of the premier NYC ESCO and demand-side management company (Enersave). Mr. Hall’s design and construction experience includes being the managing principal of a mid-sized (35) mechanical/electrical engineering design and construction consulting firm specializing in fast-track design-build project delivery. For a preeminent Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning manufacturer (Trane) he was an account executive recognized for market development. Mr. Hall’s professional credentials include being a graduate engineer (RPI) with extensive postgraduate courses in Finance. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Connecticut and an AEE Certified Energy Manager.
