NYC's recently enacted building emissions legislation, Local Law 97, has triggered countless questions, such as:

Are new buildings built to the most recent energy code required to comply?

URBAN GREEN AT NAPHN19

Urban Green is excited to be represented at the North America Passive House Network (NAPHN)'s conference this week.

On Friday morning, Director of Education Ellen Honigstock will explore how Passive House projects can transform the way building professionals operate. Then, join Associate Director of Research Sean Brennan at 3pm to discuss how Passive House design principles affect fire safety.

Lastly, Honigstock will tackle how Passive House buildings fit into a broader climate justice agenda during the closing plenary.
