TOUR RISEBORO'S CASA PASIVA PROJECT

RiseBoro's pioneering Casa Pasiva Project aims to bring nine buildings in their affordable housing portfolio to Passive House standards—improving tenant quality of life, reducing utility costs and benefiting the planet.

On August 11, see their sustainable building methods firsthand! Join Ryan Cassidy, Director of Sustainability and Construction at RiseBoro, for a tour of a 14-unit retrofit originally built in 1931. You'll get an up-close look at the ongoing construction and learn about the improvements that aim to reduce energy usage by 60-80 percent.
