New York City's Local Law 87 requires all buildings over 50,000 square feet to conduct an energy audit and retro-commissionning study every 10 years, and to submit an Energy Efficiency Report to the NYC Department of Buildings documenting the results.

Attend this free one-hour training presentation that explains the law and how to comply. We'll explain how conducting energy audits and retro-commissioning can help you identify large cost saving opportunities, as well as inform decisions on capital plans and equipment investments.

Can't make this date? Visit our Local Law 87 page for future trainings.
