Successfully managing the LEED documentation process requires specific knowledge, tools and skills that are not covered in the LEED Reference Manual. This 2-hour LEED Project Management workshop is designed for professionals who are familiar with the LEED Rating System who are looking to gain a deeper understanding of the unique processes involved with managing a LEED project.
In this fast-paced, hands-on training, you'll learn how to facilitate an eco-charrette, navigate LEED Online & the LEED Reference Manual, troubleshoot confusing credit requirements, develop useful tools for managing the documentation process such as a 'LEED Project Schedule', and evaluate the cost to benefit ratio of various design strategies. Throughout the workshop, participants will work through real-world project examples in order to 'learn by doing'.
The ultimate goal of this LEED Project Management workshop is to empower you with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to make an immediate impact on future LEED projects.
