U.S. Treasury Building
The U.S. Treasury Building in Washington, D.C. was built in 1842 and earned LEED Gold certification for Existing Buildings in 2011.

Contrary to popular belief, historic buildings are consistently achieving all levels of LEED certification, while preserving both original features and finite resources. Join us to learn how preservationists are using energy audits, retrofits and sustainability management plans to improve buildings, achieve LEED, and protect history.

Ms. Campagna has worked for the past 25 years as an architect, planner and historian. She is the recipient of the National AIA Young Architect of the Year Award 2002, and was elevated to Fellowship in the AIA in 2009.
