Join Urban Green Council's Emerging Professionals to volunteer as part of Brooklyn Bridge Park's Green Team program to help keep Brooklyn Bridge Park clean and beautiful!

The group typically works on horticulture or park clean-up projects. Please wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Volunteering is free and open to all, but space is limited. Please register ahead of time.

Whether or not you are able to attend the volunteer activities, please join us for a picnic on Bridge View Lawn at Pier 1 in Brooklyn Bridge Park to enjoy the sun, to spend time with old and new EP friends and to enjoy great food. The event is free, but please register and bring something locally-produced or grown to share with others and something to sit on; utensils, cups, plates, napkins, and some snacks will be provided. Look for green balloons to find us.

Self-guided tours of Brooklyn Bridge Park’s sustainable elements are also available before/after for those that are interested.

10:00am-12:00pm: Volunteer
