First Wednesday Technical Roundtable: Retrocommissioning
December 3rd at Baruch College
A detailed discussion of the benefits and challenges of Retrocommissioning in New York City. Our panel, to be finalized over the next few days, will include a building owner with significant retrocommissioning experience, a commissioning agent, a building automation controls provider and a represent of New York City. Presentation is from 8am-9am. Buy tickets.

Corporate Showcase and Recruiting Fair

USGBC New York's Emerging Green Builders are hosting their third annual recruiting event and corporate showcase. Young professionals and students will have the opportunity to connect with greater New York's top high-performance, environmentally responsible architecture, engineering, and real estate firms. USGBC is pleased to invite the public to comment on the LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System, which integrates the principles of smart growth, new urbanism and green building into the first national system for neighborhood design. Any member of the public may submit comments. To view the rating system draft and make comments, please visit the LEED Rating System Drafts webpage. The public comment period will be open through January 5, 2009 at 11:59 PST.
