Bylaw Revision Vote PassedThe voting is closed on a proposed bylaw revision. The measure under consideration passed, allowing the bylaws to be amended with a 2/3-majority vote of the Board of Directors, rather than only by a vote of the full membership. This change aligns our bylaws with those of USGBC National, and the majority of other non-profit organizations, and will provide the organization with greater flexibility.
