Are You Prepared for Audits & Retro-Commissioning?

columbia tourJoin us on July 7th for the third session in this popular 1st Wednesdays series that addresses NYC’s new Greener, Greater Buildings legislation.

Audits & Retro-Commissioning will require large buildings to perform both an ASHRAE Level II energy audit and a retro-commissioning study once every ten years. Panel speakers will review the policy intent and discuss how the legislation will be implemented, including who will be affected. Prior sessions have sold out; get tickets & details today.

Session 1 is "Building a Resilient City": an introduction to the creation, mission and development process of the NYC Green Codes Task Force and a detailed discussion of proposals that address climate change impacts and passive survivability issues. Emerging Green Builders LEED GA Crash Course

The LEED Crash Course is a 3-hour lecture which uses a case study of an existing LEED certified building to help review the various points of the USGBC LEED rating system and green building core concepts.
