NYC Green Codes Task Force Education Series Session 1: Building a Resilient City June 29th at Con Edison
Join Urban Green for a series of educational programs that will dig deeper into the details of some of the most important or technically challenging proposals that were released in the NYC Green Codes Task Force report. Session 1 is "Building a Resilient City": an introduction to the creation, mission and development process of the NYC Green Codes Task Force and a detailed discussion of proposals that address climate change impacts and passive survivability issues. Tour: Tapestry Mixed Income Housing Development June 29th at Tapestry
Please join Urban Green Council for pre-occupancy tour of Tapestry, a mixed income LEED-NC project in the recently rezoned 125 Street Corridor in Harlem. Tapestry is a 12-story, 185-unit mixed-income rental apartment building pursuing LEED NC Gold. Tapestry is a NYC Housing Development Corp. Mixed-Income Housing and NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development project and is receiving incentives from the NYSERDA Multifamily Performance Program.
