Urban Green Expo 2010 Opening Keynote: William McDonough
On September 29 - 30, Urban Green presents the 2nd Annual Urban Green Expo in New York City, bringing together leaders in green building and sustainability from all over the nation to focus on the specific issues surrounding urban environments.
William A. McDonough, FAIA, Int. FRIBA, will join us as the 2010 Keynote Speaker. McDonough is an internationally renowned designer and one of the primary proponents and shapers of what he and his partners call “The Next Industrial Revolution.” Time magazine recognized him in 1999 as a “Hero for the Planet,” stating that, “his utopianism is grounded in a unified philosophy that - in demonstrable and practical ways - is changing the design of the world.” Purchase Early Bird Tickets or read his full biography.
