Tour: Rebirth of a NY Landmark

Join us on April 14th for a rare look at the history and evolution of Brooklyn's landmark McCarren Park Pool and Bathhouse.
Built as part of the Works Progress Administration during the depression, this vast "summertime social hub" boasted dramatic arches that typified the spirit of New Deal architecture and paid homage to its grand European predecessors. Like many of its kind, the pool fell into structural disrepair after closing its doors in the latter half of the century, only to enter a renaissance in recent years as a popular, high-profile concert space. The pool is now poised for a transformation back into a contemporary version of its former self with a goal of LEED Silver. Get tickets & details for this special tour.
