Vote on USGBC New York's Bylaws Revision Proposal
Vote by midnight on April 5th, 2009
USGBC New York's Board of Directors is proposing a revision to our bylaws amendment clause. The change would permit bylaws to also be amended with a 2/3-majority vote of the Board of Directors, instead of only by a vote of the membership with a quorum. This would align our bylaws with those of USGBC National, and the majority of other non-profit organizations, while providing the organization with greater flexibility. Download the full proposal here. If you are a member of both USGBC National and USGBC New York, please vote on this vital issue.
