The greatest obstacle to a responsible approach to climate change mitigation is a sense that the problem is insoluble. Resiliency Task Force in Full Swing
In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, Urban Green Council has been hard at work on the Building Resiliency Task Force announced in November. With eight committees and working groups and over 200 experts putting their heads together, the Task Force has considered present and likely future hazards due to climate change and has begun to formulate its recommendations.
