Emerging Green Builders
Emerging Green Builders New York (EGBNY) represents a coalition of students and young professionals in the New York City area intent on promoting the integration of future leaders into the green building movement. We host periodic educational seminars on green building, promote social events to build our community and arrange green building tours in New York City.
Emerging Green Builders is a nationwide program of the U.S. Green Building Council. National EGB programs include the Natural Talent Design Competition and a forum at USGBC's annual Greenbuild Conference. EGB local chapters hold competitions and the finalists move on to the national competition at Greenbuild.

To create a network of emerging green building leaders and develop opportunities for involvement through the Urban Green Council to further generate momentum for the green building industry.
