Chris C. Garvin (full bio)
Partner at Terrapin Bright Green
Chris Garvin is an accomplished practitioner and active voice in the sustainable design community. Since moving to New York in 1998, he has specialized in environmental architecture and materials research, while serving on numerous advisory boards and in organizations that advocate for sustainability in design. Chris serves as a project lead for many of Terrapin’s consulting engagements while also managing projects for Cook+Fox Architects, where he is a Senior Associate.

Douglas Hocking (full bio, video)
Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox
Douglas Hocking has more than 19 years of experience in all aspects of architectural design. Since joining Kohn Pedersen Fox in 1990, he has worked on a variety of building types including residential, commercial, government, transportation, and institutional projects across the United States and throughout Asia. As Doug was travelling during our December 3rd Member Meeting and thus unable to deliver a speech, please watch his candidacy video.

John Rice is a professional engineer and a partner with the consulting engineering firm of AKF Engineers, LLP where he heads AKF's Stamford, Connecticut office. He has over 24 years experience in designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial buildings with over sixteen years of design and project management experience at AKF.

Keith Amann is a consultant at YRG, providing project management on projects across all LEED rating systems, particularly focused on new construction, major renovation and existing building projects. He is currently serving a two-year term as Co-Chair of EGBNY. 

Eric Deuser (full bio)
Sustainable Construction Manager & Self-Employed Consultant to One Bryant Park project
Eric Deuser works as a sustainable construction manager at the One Bryant Park project. He received a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins. Eric is a LEED AP and is an active member of Urban Land Institute.

Molly Garretson Zinzi is an Interior Designer with a passion for sustainable events. Through founding Project Earth Day, and her participation with the IIDA, and Urban Green Council, Molly has cemented herself as an emerging leader in the building industry.
